Adegbulu Flora holds B.sc Sociology from ABU (1995) and MBA Human Resource Management 2005 from the Lagos State University. An alumni of the Lagos Business School (SMP 31).

She started her career at the Nigeria Bag Manufacturing Company Ltd (BAGCO) now Nigeria Bag Manufacturing Plc in 1997 as a management trainee and rose to the position of Assistant Manager in 2006.

Flora is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM), Member, Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (MNITAD), Affiliate Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPD) UK

She is skilled in talent acquisition, special ability to negotiate terms and a proven professional with extensive interest and experience of managing people for over twenty years.

He is Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

He is a financial management consultant with extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research, financial modelling, portfolio valuation, cash flow models and forecasts.

He has had over 18 years’ experience in auditing and consulting, he has led various teams on high profile assignments in Telecommunication, Bank, Insurance Power, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing Industries. Mr Uche had been engaged as in-plant CFO of a large Telecom company to establish basis for the engagement of a substantive CFO.

He has been involved in the following assignments: Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNP), Debt Management Office DMO, Standard Organisation of Nigeria, (SON), and Nigerian Export Promotion Council, DAAR Communications Plc, NNPC Pension Fund, AMCON Pension Fund. A seasoned Finance professional with over a decade of hands-on progressive experience in Finance, Strategy and General Management roles spanning across various sectors and industries; Banking, Health, Cooperative Management, Agriculture & Not for Profit Entities.

An effective, highly skilled and motivated professional with extensive experience and skills in different key areas including financial reporting, financial controls, tax management, portfolio & credit management, internal audit, budgeting, benefits and remuneration administration, strategic planning, general administration, payables, revenue reporting, receivables, general ledger administration, audit and investigation, treasury operations and management, social investment analysis, internal control, compliance, asset management and reporting and inventory management.

He is a graduate of Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba with PGD Accounting from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He later proceeded to Lead City University, Ibadan where he obtained Second Class Upper Degree in Accounting. He is also an Alumnus of the Special Executive Master Program MBA of the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, UK. He is a Fellow of the Association of Forensic Accounting Researchers, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Nigeria.

He is a member of the Board and Chairman, Finance and General Purposes Committee of Ogun State Agro Services Corporation and former Board member of IIA Nigeria.

Felix has attended several training programmes & conferences both locally & internationally.

She is a lawyer with several years of legal experience. She holds a Degree in Law from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria, and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.

Tosin began her legal practice in Skye Bank Plc; where she worked as a Legal Auditor and her core assignment was certifying appropriate title documents for obtaining loans and legal mortgages, before joining the Legal and Compliance Department of SIAO.

Her core area of expertise is centred on Corporate and Commercial Law, and this has fueled her interest in the various areas of her professional experience which encompasses Corporate Governance and Board Evaluation, Regulatory Compliance, Company Secretarial, Forensic Investigation, and Due Diligence amongst others. She also renders Legal Advisory Services in the aforementioned areas.

She is passionate about organizational structure and order; this is evident in her chosen field in which she has assisted several companies to constitute effective boards and abide by the requirements of the law. She has also successfully concluded several other corporate and commercial transactions on behalf of the Firm.

Tosin is smart and witty and outside of legal practice, she is a fashion enthusiast.
