Ajibola, a graduate of Economics (First Class Hons.) from Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University).
He is an associate member of reputable professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian (ICAN); the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN); the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
He started his career in 2009 with Skye Bank Plc before moving to the hospitality industry in 2010. He started core accounting practice in 2011 by joining Olufemi Jaiyesimi & Co. (Chartered Accountants), later proceeded to Tele Ogunjobi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2012 where he rose to the position of a supervisor (Audit/Tax services) before leaving in 2016 for Grant Thornton (Nigeria), one of the leading accounting firm across the globe. He is presently the Head of Tax & Regulatory services at SIAO Partners Chartered Accountants, the fifth largest accounting firm in Nigeria.
He is a seasoned professional cum tax expert, cutting across different industries (Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Health, Insurance, Financial Services, Agriculture, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Education, Servicing industry, etc.) including both the private sectors and the public sectors with over a decade experience in tax & regulatory services, accounting, audit & assurance, financial and general consultancy.
He provides solutions to clients’ tax issues as they arise. He also assists clients in industrial wide tax planning and management in line with best practices, taking cognizance of relevant provisions of the Nigerian and international tax laws & regulations.
