He is a member of the Public Practice Section of ICAN, an expert in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation and Financial Advisory Services both locally and internationally with over 21 years of professional experience and 19 uninterrupted years of running a practice.

Ituah Ighodalo

Principal Partner

Ituah Ighodalo founded Ighodalo & Co in 1987. A graduate of Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull, U.K., and a Fellow of both the ICAN (1994) and CITN (2000). A specialist in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Human Resources and Financial Advisory Services with over 20 years of professional experience and 19 uninterrupted years of running a practice.

Ladi Smith

Ladi Smith founded Smith Sule & Associates in 1997. He is an Associate Member of the CITN(1986) and a 1979 graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He is exceptionally skilled in Oil & Gas Consulting, Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Information Technology (MIS) and Financial Advisory roles with over 21 years of professional experience and 19 uninterrupted years of running a practice.

Abiodun Ariyibi

Managing Partner

His wealth of experience spans over twenty-five years covering Banking, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Service industry, Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Sector. He is a regular speaker on auditing and insolvency topics. He is a council member of Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigerian (BRIPAN) and also a Board member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria – Faculty of Audit, Investigation and Forensic Accounting.

Joshua Ansa

Joshua Ansa is a Partner of the firm of SIAO Partners; an independent Nigerian professional services firm, with competence in Audit & Assurance, Accounting, Tax, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Advisory, Human Resources and Financial Advisory Services. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Accountancy from Abia State University, Uturu and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Calabar, Cross River State. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), as well as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

He is Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a financial management consultant with extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research, financial modelling, portfolio valuation, cash flow models and forecasts. He has had over 18 years’ experience in auditing and consulting, he has led various teams on high profile assignments in Telecommunication, Bank, Insurance Power, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing Industries.

A seasoned Finance professional with over a decade of hands-on progressive experience in Finance, Strategy and General Management roles spanning across various sectors and industries; Banking, Health, Cooperative Management, Agriculture & Not for Profit Entities. An effective, highly skilled and motivated professional with extensive experience and skills in different key areas including financial reporting, financial controls, tax management, portfolio & credit management, internal audit, budgeting, benefits and remuneration administration, strategic planning, general administration, payables, revenue reporting, receivables, general ledger administration, audit and investigation, treasury operations and management, social investment analysis, internal control, compliance, asset management and reporting and inventory management.

Tosin Adekola

Head, Legal and Compliance (LLB)

She is a lawyer with several years of legal experience. She holds a Degree in Law from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria, and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. Her core area of expertise is centred on Corporate and Commercial Law, and this has fueled her interest in the various areas of her professional experience which encompasses Corporate Governance and Board Evaluation, Regulatory Compliance, Company Secretarial, Forensic Investigation, and Due Diligence amongst others. She also renders Legal Advisory Services in the aforementioned areas.
